How do I order? 

Ordering an item: Browse through our online store using the tabs for each category at the side of the page, or use the search feature to find specific brands and items. Begin building your grocery cart by clicking on the item and using the add to cart. You can see the items you’ve added to your cart in the sidebar or by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the page.

 

Finalizing your order: 

When you have added all the items to your grocery cart, proceed to the checkout to review the items in your cart and complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will be contacted one day prior to your delivery with a window in which you can expect your order to arrive.  

 

Minimum Order:

Home Delivery:

We offer free delivery on orders over $200 (before taxes)

Minimum order is $100 (before taxes) and delivery fee of $14.99.

St. Lawrence Market: Minimum order of $25.00 and no pick up fee.

In Store Pick Up: No Minimum order and no pick up fee

 

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, all orders over $200.00 are eligible for free delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Home deliveries take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays every other week (see dates below). You will need to be home to receive your order. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your order. You will be contacted one day prior to delivery and given a 2 hour window for when the order will arrive.

When will I be charged?

If you’re a new or returning customer, we’ll use the payment card you provide at check out. Payment will be processed when you submit your order. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt to the email used to complete the order.

 

Pick Up Orders:

Pick up orders at St. Lawrence Farmers Market are each week on Saturday from 7am-1pm. 

Farm Store pick up orders are available every day from 10am-6pm

 

When do I have to have my order in by?

Orders for Home Delivery must be submitted by 9am on Monday.

Orders for St. Lawrence Market pick up must be submitted by 12 noon Wednesday.

Orders for Farm Store Pick Up can be placed at any time - 24/7.

 

Are your online prices different from in-store?

Our in-store and online stores function independently, so please note that you may find prices are different between them.

 

Can I come to The Farm Store without an order?

Yes, the Farm Store is open from 10am-6pm each day. We require all customers to wear a mask and practice safe social distancing as per the health unit guidelines while shopping at our Farm Store.
